Psychologist or Psychological Associate

You bring strong assessment and/or therapy skills, communicate with clarity and care, and honour each client’s lived experience. You’re organized, reliable, and collaborative and you’re excited to contribute to a neuro-affirming clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s-level education required; PhD preferred
- Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Comfortable providing hybrid care (virtual and in-person as needed)
Key Skills
- Psychological assessment (psychoeducational; ADHD/ASD; gifted; neuropsychology an asset)
- Evidence-based treatment (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT)
- Excellent oral and written communication; clear, family- and school-friendly reports
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative with caregivers, schools, and providers
Experience & Job Requirements
- Experience with children and teens required; adult experience an asset
- Interest in psychoeducational assessment preferred; neuropsychological assessment an asset
- Therapy experience with children, teens, and/or adults
- In-person work required for assessments and for some child services

Compensation
- Rates start at $120–$156/hour, commensurate with experience and services provided.
