Kitchener-Waterloo Location
Adult Therapy
For adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or just a quiet sense that something is off, we use CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand what’s happening and move forward with more clarity and confidence. (Adults & seniors)
Couples Therapy
Every relationship hits hard stretches. Whether you’re stuck in the same arguments or feeling more like roommates than partners, couples therapy helps you find your way back to each other. We also offer couples therapy specifically for neurodivergent partners. (Couples at any stage)
Child & Teen Therapy
Kids and teenagers don’t always have the words for what they’re feeling. Our therapists create a safe, welcoming space where young people can open up, work through hard things, and start to thrive. For children and teens, we also draw on the Social Thinking Curriculum to support social communication, perspective-taking, and building meaningful connections. (Ages 0–17)
Parenting & Caregiver Support
Parenting is one of the hardest things there is. Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just want to show up better for your child, we’re here to help without judgment. (Parents & caregivers)
Family Therapy
When things feel tense or disconnected at home, the whole family feels it. We work with everyone together to improve communication, ease conflict, and help each person feel heard. (All ages)

OCD & Anxiety Disorders
Living with OCD is exhausting. Using Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), we help you gradually reclaim the parts of your life that OCD has been running. (Children, teens, & adults,)
ADHD, Executive Functioning, & OT

(Children, teens, & adults,)
Autism Therapy
Autism is a different way of experiencing the world, but when masking, sensory overwhelm, and burnout are taking their toll, it can wear you down in ways that are hard to explain to others. Occupational Therapy (OT)
Daily routines can feel harder when focus, regulation, sensory needs, or motor skills are getting in the way. Occupational therapy helps children, teens, and adults build practical strategies for home, school, work, and everyday life. (Children, teens, adults & families)
