Many individuals and families face challenges related to neurodivergence (such as ADHD or autism), anxiety, depression, or difficulties with emotions and relationships. Psychotherapy can provide valuable support by helping you build confidence, recognize and use your strengths, and work toward creating the life you want.
With ten years of experience in mental health, I am committed to supporting children, teens, and young adults as they discover their abilities and work toward their goals. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families, understanding that each person’s journey is unique. My approach focuses on building on your existing strengths, developing new skills, and working together with parents or caregivers for extra support. I also help clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and I have a special interest in men’s mental health, recognizing that some may feel more comfortable speaking with a male therapist.
My therapy style is working together and supporting you. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly about anything you’re going through, without fear of being judged. I use proven therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand yourself better, manage your emotions, and build healthy relationships.
Although facing mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to help you feel better and build a life that is right for you.
