As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health and Women’s Health assessments, I provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care across the lifespan. I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, insomnia, depression, hormonal changes, trauma, relationship challenges, and the psychological impacts of life transitions. My approach integrates both physical and mental health, recognizing how closely these systems are connected across both women’s and men’s health.
I hold a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner, Family/All Ages) from the University of Alberta and have over two decades of clinical experience. My background includes mental health nursing, primary care and academic teaching, supported by additional certification in Mental Health for Nurse Practitioners (University of Toronto, 2025) and the Canadian Menopause Management Course for Nurse Practitioners (ANCC-accredited program, 2026). I am also a Certified Nurse Educator (Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing, CASN, 2025) and maintain active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and other provincial regulatory bodies.
My clinical approach emphasizes comprehensive assessment, diagnostic clarity and collaborative care planning. I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, respected and supported in understanding your health with care tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I have a strong interest in supporting individuals across key life stages including reproductive health, perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal wellness, while providing inclusive mental health care for those who identify as women, men and those exploring or affirming their gender. I have experience supporting active-duty military personnel, veterans and military families, with insight into the unique challenges, stressors and life transitions associated with military service. Additionally, I bring over a decade of experience in digital health and innovative health care delivery, with a focus on improving access, continuity and quality of care.
Whether you are seeking clarity around your symptoms, support through a transition, or a more integrated approach to your mental and physical health, I am here to work with you toward achieving your health goals and improving your overall well-being.
