Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns of stress or conflict and looking for a way to build deeper connections and lasting emotional well-being?
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist licensed to practice in Ontario, with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can work through difficult emotions, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthier habits. Whether you seek Individual, Couples, or Family Therapy, I will partner with you to resolve conflict and strengthen your connections. Together, we will create a personalized plan that respects your unique experiences, with a focus on trauma-informed care and a positive approach to neurodiversity.
My approach is based on understanding how your mind and body respond to stress, and I use a mix of proven therapies, such as Polyvagal and Somatic Approaches to best meet your unique needs. Sessions focus on your strengths and help you build skills for positive change, using strategies that support your well-being and personal growth. Our sessions will help you connect your current struggles to past experiences, allowing us to explore the root causes of your challenges. We will work together to better understand your thoughts and behaviours while building practical new skills to help you navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease.
In Couples and Family Therapy session, we will look at how you interact with each other and how emotions shape your bond. Our goal is to help you resolve conflict and build deeper, more meaningful connections while developing practical skills for better communication and stronger relationships.
I am dedicated to helping you build self-awareness, develop new skills, and strengthen your connections with loved ones. I am committed to providing personalized care for you and your family, and I welcome any questions you may have.
