What if therapy could be a safe and creative space where we work together to help you or your child face challenges, celebrate strengths, and feel truly understood? As a Registered Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD, autism, highly sensitive) and their families, and I aim to make everyone feel included, respected, and empowered.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults, and I believe each person has unique strengths and potential. My goal is to help you build on those qualities so you can navigate life’s obstacles and grow in ways that feel authentic to you. Along with supporting neurodivergent clients, I also help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts. I believe in working as a team, so I often collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to make sure you receive the best possible care.
My approach to therapy is flexible and adapted to your needs, and I use strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I often also include art and play in sessions, especially with younger clients. Together, we can work on changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, managing emotions, slowing down, staying organized, talking with others, and building self-esteem.
Above all, I want you to feel safe, heard, and valued in our sessions. My hope is to help you embrace your identity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels fulfilling and true to who you are.

In my free time, I enjoy walking my two huskies, Momo and Ino, getting outdoors, and staying active. I also play the bagpipes, love reading, and value time with my partner. I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D., and I like to unwind with anime and video games.
